What happens after I submit?
A hiring specialist contacts you to schedule a remote walkthrough of the live product. Before the call we ask about your role families, hiring volume and the systems you run, so the walkthrough is built on requisitions and panels that look like yours. Your details are used only to contact you about Elevator.
How long is a demo?
As long as your questions take. Most teams book a first walkthrough for the talent acquisition team and a follow-up with IT and finance for connectors, access control and the quote. Both are remote, on the live product.
Can my hiring managers and IT join?
Yes, and we recommend it. Hiring managers see the scorecard, debrief and approval queue they would use; IT sees SSO, SCIM, role-based access and the connector configuration. Invite whoever will sign off, and we shape the session around them.
Do I need to be a Superset campus customer?
No. Elevator by Superset is sold on its own to any organisation with roles to fill. Employers already on Superset for campus hiring can add Elevator under one agreement, but it is not a requirement.
