Elevator for recruiters

More time to build relationships.

Bring your roles, candidates and next steps into one workspace. Elevator by Superset handles routine follow-up and adds AI support to screening, giving you more time for the conversations that move hiring forward.

What recruiters need

Bring your day into focus.

Stay close to candidate relationships, with routine coordination and the next decision clearly organised.

  • Your work, brought together

Keep candidate pipelines, approvals and team workload in one workspace, with a clear view of the next step.

  • Follow-up you can count on

Set reminders and escalation rules for delayed feedback and stalled stages, so the process keeps moving.

  • Answers with useful context

Find candidates, review offer details and ask about hiring progress with links to the underlying records.

The desk

See your day in one place.

Move between candidate pipelines, outstanding approvals and team workload with the context close at hand. Bulk actions help you manage messages, assessments and ownership across the roles you run.

What’s included
  • Candidate drawer opens on the board, so nothing means leaving it
  • Per-stage SLA and named owner, so ‘whose turn is it’ is a lookup
  • Needs-attention queue: approvals waiting, no movement, overdue scorecards, offers blocked on verification
Explore applicant tracking

Scheduling and follow-up

Spend less time coordinating calendars.

Let candidates choose from available panel slots, with conflicts highlighted for your coordinator. Rules send reminders for stalled stages and overdue feedback, helping your team keep its commitments.

What’s included
  • Rooms, slots, panel roster, availability grid and interviewer groups; calendar sync with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
  • Feedback SLA per loop with escalation within the agreed response time
  • Triggers: application received, stage entered, assessment scored, no movement, SLA breached, feedback overdue, offer stage entered, requisition opened
Explore interviews and scheduling

Candidates

Start with a fuller candidate picture.

Turn résumés into searchable records and review fields where parsing confidence is low. Use TalentLens to rediscover past candidates for new roles, with their application history and your team’s notes available together.

What’s included
  • Candidate 360: every application, assessment, scorecard, offer, note and file across roles and years
  • Talent pools that refresh nightly; campaigns over email, SMS and WhatsApp with a per-recipient journey
  • Duplicate resolution with fuzzy matching and a merge diff view
Explore sourcing and the talent CRM

Offers and answers

Keep the offer moving with confidence.

Build compensation against the approved band and route exceptions to the right approver. Offer versions and candidate responses stay together, while hiring search helps you find answers linked to the underlying records.

What’s included
  • Fixed, variable, equity, joining bonus, retention bonus, relocation; INR and AED bands
  • Versioning and a negotiation log with the actor on record, instead of an inbox
  • Offer approval inbox visible to recruiter, hiring manager and finance at once
Explore offers and verified hire

Elevator for recruiters, answered

What is recruiter software?
Recruiter software is the working environment a recruiter runs a requisition from: the pipeline board, approvals, scheduling, candidate records and offers, in one place. In Elevator by Superset that is a stage board with bulk actions, a My Approvals inbox, self-scheduling on real panel capacity, a talent CRM with rediscovery, an offer builder with a band check and automation automated follow-up.
How does Elevator reduce the chasing a recruiter does?
Automation rules carry the follow-ups a recruiter would otherwise send by hand. No movement for five days nudges the hiring manager, overdue feedback chases the panel, a breached stage SLA escalates to the head of talent acquisition, and a stalled verification chases the coordinator. Each rule is a trigger and an action, written once and fired the same way every time.
How does scheduling work for a recruiter?
A recruiter sends a self-schedule link and the candidate picks a slot on real panel capacity and load. The scheduler fills rooms, slots and interviewer groups and names every conflict rather than double-booking, and calendars sync with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. The feedback SLA per loop escalates within the agreed response time.
What does the recruiter see when a résumé is parsed?
Every parsed field carries a confidence level, and the low-confidence ones are highlighted so a recruiter fixes them in seconds. Parsing does not always work, and the product shows where rather than hiding it. The result is a structured, searchable Candidate 360 record.
Can a recruiter find past candidates for a new role?
Yes. Rediscovery reopens a requisition and ranks every past candidate against it with TalentLens, with a written explanation per score, and adds them to the pipeline or a pool in one action. Silver medallists, past applicants and referrals live in talent pools, and a rule can re-engage them when a matching requisition opens.
How does a recruiter know an offer is inside band?
The offer builder rolls six components up against the requisition’s band and shows the check as the offer is built. An offer outside the band adds a compensation-committee approver automatically before final signature, with a tolerance so a small overage does not convene a committee. Every version and counter-offer is logged on the record.
