Superset Commercial Policy
Subscription License Fee Payment Schedule
All Superset licenses are a pay-to-launch SaaS model. Platform bandwidth and technical infrastructure is allocated to each license before launch on an annual basis. Without allocation, which requires a pre-pay, a Superset account can not be launched.

Window days are automatically computed from the Date of Activation of a Superset Account.
Automatic payment notifications are sent to Account Administrator every 5 days, starting 20 days before Final Payment Window deadline. Upon failure of Final Payment deadline: 1) 7 day extension period is provided. 2) Account enters further 12 day grace period during which system is functional but logs out periodically every 3 minutes. 3) Final 7 day grace period kicks in, post which Account suspends reversibly.
* Upto 4.5% additional deviations can be absorbed for Annual Licenses above ₹24,00,000.
Superset Commercial Policy is binding with no exceptions and non-negotiable.
